We are expanding and have openings for some individuals who want to work their way into a real estate career! Start as a showing agent learning the ropes and work your way into a successful career! We are currently interviewing licensed and non-licensed professionals to fill the role of Real Estate Showing Agents and Sales Agent and future business PARTNER in both our Duluth and Iron Range locations. We also have opportunities for non-licensed people to get licensed if you do not already have a license.

As part of the Keller Williams Realty family and PLACE, a platform for the TOP 1% AGENTS in the country, our Real Estate Sales Agents are trained in a short period of time to be responsible for assisting sellers and buyers through the buying and selling process by developing a database, connecting with buyer and seller clients, showing properties, and negotiating contracts.

Licensed agents with some experience preferred, but possibility to train the right person if they can demonstrate past accomplishments and a high degree of motivation. You must have your own vehicle a clean driving record and you MUST be committed to doing the right thing in ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. INTEGRITY is a priority in our business.
